The Office of the Provost- MEPI TL program has an opening for the position of Project Coordinator , in grade 12.  Since this provides an opportunity for promotion from within, please circulate this information and/or post it in your area of jurisdiction so that those interested and having the minimum qualifications may apply not later than November 22, 2024.

I. Basic Functions:
Acts as project coordinator for the MEPI-TL, responsible for student’s administrative activities related to day-to-day management of all aspects of the relevant award.
II. Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  2. Three to five years of cumulative experience in educational or public sector institution, NGO or projects coordination or a related field.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with established deadlines.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as an effective team member.
  5. Experience in project management and in participating in implementing community service projects.
  6. Ability to produce high quality deliverables with attention to detail while maintaining schedule commitments.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources. Skillful in student service.
  8. Very strong problem-solving skills to help overcome fairly complex problems routinely faced and to help keep solutions simple.
  9. Excellent Arabic and English communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  10. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  11. Extremely capable with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications etc.). Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  12. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
