Office of the Provost- MEPI TL program has
an opening for the position of
Project Coordinator , in grade 12.
Since this provides an opportunity for

I. Basic Functions: |
|
Acts as project coordinator for the MEPI-TL, responsible for student’s administrative activities related to day-to-day management of all aspects of the relevant award. |
|
|
|
II. Minimum Requirements: |
-
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
-
Three to five years of cumulative experience in educational or public sector institution, NGO or projects coordination or a related field.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with established deadlines.
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as an effective team member.
-
Experience in project management and in participating in implementing community service projects.
-
Ability to produce high quality deliverables with attention to detail while maintaining schedule commitments.
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources. Skillful in student service.
-
Very strong problem-solving skills to help overcome fairly complex problems routinely faced and to help keep solutions simple.
-
Excellent Arabic and English communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
-
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
-
Extremely capable with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications etc.). Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
-
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
